Solace is looking for a product designer with demonstrable, agency-side experience to design user interface designs and prototypes.
Typical project deliverables include mood boards, static and animated mock-ups, prototypes, concepts, infographics, and visual and interaction design.
You would guide developers and product managers to ensure the experience you’ve designed is fulfilled whilst working within the constraints of the brief.
This is a client-facing role. Process and thinking are as important as the finished work. During the interview stages (of which there are two) we expect you to talk us through your thinking and working methods.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
Experience in formative or evaluative design research, UX writing, or design strategy would be desirable. Understanding accessible, inclusive and sustainable UI design principles would also be beneficial.
Proven experience of working agency-side on screen-based interface design projects for products is required.
You should send examples of commercial UI design work with your application.
This is a hybrid role with the primary location in WeWork’s Warsaw offices. Solace offers flexibility for some working from home, 25 days holiday, individual training budgets, wellness benefits and more.
